I contracted 24-7 Junk Removal to remove junk from my grandparents’ yard and they did a phenomenal job. There were some scheduling complications early on, but they were more than accommodating and were able to reschedule the pick-up promptly. The responsiveness of the company is the best yet. The phones don’t go to voicemail and they get back to you in a timely fashion each time they promise to.

We had some miscommunication in regards to the quote that was given when I initially arranged to have the junk removed from the yard, and the misunderstanding resulted in a charge higher than I believed to have agreed to. I called the owner in anticipation of a battle, however, I was pleasantly surprised by the response I received!
